Education
Lahiri holds a Master of Visual Arts (M.V.A.) degree from the Government College of Art & Craft, Kolkata, and a Postgraduate Diploma in Art Appreciation. Lahiri has participated in a number of artist workshops, notably the Gen Next workshop at Emami Chisel Art, Kolkata (2008) and initiatives organised by the Rotary Club, College of Visual Arts, Kolkata Information Centre, and the West Bengal Forest Department (2006–2007).
Awards
Her artistic achievements have been recognised with the Biman Bihari Das Scholarship (2006–07) and the Kishori Lal Roy Award (2005), both conferred by the Government College of Art & Craft, Kolkata.
